Fangzheng Valve Group Co., Ltd. is specialized in supplying API 6D, API 600, API 6A, API 16C products and wellhead equipment with approval from many oil and gas companies both at home and abroad. Established in year of 1992, the company has branches at both Shanghai and Wenzhou China with a total building area 76000㎡. Till now, we have expanded into a group with 3 holding companies, sales offices and sales agents; 622 employees worldwide; the maximum production capacity reaches up to 32000 tons.
To meet the growing market need, the company has built its own laboratory for research & development for product design innovation and verification. We have the complete in-house inspection facilities and test equipment to control the production quality for carrying out the mechanical test (tensile, impact, hardness), PMI machine for chemical analysis; in house NDE test as PT, MT, UT; fugitive emission (FE) test for low emission requirement and Shell DVT, etc. We stimulate test in the critical working condition (test in high and low temperature , range from -196~550℃) and verify the product performance. FZV is certified by ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, API 6D, API 600, API 6A, API 6A-PR2, API 607, APIQ1, CU-TR, ATEX and CE/PED, etc.
