Wenzhou Deshilong Machine Co., Ltd. was founded in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province in 1995. The production base covers a total area of about 23,000m². In 1999, Deshilong cooperated with SABAL, a well-known Italian leather machinery group, to produce leather cutting machines. It broke through the technology monopoly and overcame the dilemma of domestic research and imitation. It truly realized the synchronization of China’s flexible material cutting technology with Italy. It covers the fields of shoes, clothing, bags, automobile interiors, aerospace new materials, etc., redefining the strength of Chinese companies in the fiercely competitive global market. DSL has established a research and development center in Italy and has a research and development team composed of more than 100 experienced experts and technical engineers at home and abroad.
We focus on the research and development of cutting technologies such as visual recognition, layout of irregular contour materials, and multi-layer stacking. We have successfully mastered industry-leading technologies such as automatic layout algorithms and electrical vibration cutter heads. After years of accumulation of international market experience and technological iteration, we have reached European safety and environmental standards and obtained more than 30 technical patents in Europe and China.
