Founded in 1980, Wenzhou Luyi Shoes Materials Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of shoe lasts in China. In 1988, Luyi became the first in China to use plastic polyethylene as a substitute for timber to produce shoe last, greatly improving the products’ plasticity, saves the cost, and shortens the development and production cycle. Since then, Luyi has formed an energetic and skillful team of competent talents to design and independently produce shoe lasts of various structures. As a national pioneer, Luyi invested and brought in NEWLAST equipment from Italy in 1999, which was then the first one in East China, becoming a new bellwether of domestic shoe last industry. Importing the new equipment enabled Luyi to realize the leap from an entity model to a digital model. In 2007, as a top and authoritative shoe last manufacturer, Luyi Shoe Material Co., Ltd. participated in the drafting and formulating the national standard of Chinese shoe sizing and last systems (GBT 3293-1982) in 2007, making outstanding contributions to the growth of the industry. In 2016, Luyi invested and bought in NEWLAST’s integral molding NL-SDF series last manufacture equipment and the latest version of 3D design software EASYLAST 3D CAD-CAM. The world’s most advanced high-tech set of shoe last prototype processing together with fully automatic shoe manufacture improved production efficiency significantly. This leads Luyi to the top of this industry again! In 2017, the launch of Luyi’s new brand of “LUIWIN” has initiated a new era for Luyi’s expansion beyond the border.
