Zhejiang Petrochemical Valve Co., Ltd., founded in 1978 currently has two valve manufacturing bases in Wenzhou, China. With a capacity for precision casting and sand casting, the company also has 2 casting bases and 1 base for processing and storing semi-finished parts. The materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, chromium-molybdenum steel, alloy steel, etc.
The company mainly produces American standard, European standard, Japanese standard and national standard gate valves, globe valves, check valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, cryogenic valves, hydrogen valves, oxygen valves, expandable metal seal valves, high temperature blending valves, flat gate valves, power station valves, instrument valves, oil well devices, insulation jacket valves, bellows valves etc. with a total of more than 6,000 models and specifications. The valve body materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, ultra-low carbon stainless steel, titanium alloy, high nickel alloy and Monel alloy, etc.; the driving modes include manual, gear transmission, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic. The maximum diameter of our valves is 4500mm, the maximum working temperature is 1430 degrees Celsius, and the minimum working temperature is -196 degrees Celsius. The products are widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power and other industries, and exported to countries and regions such as Europe, America, Russia, Africa, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Japan. The product quality is stable and reliable and well received by users.
In order to ensure product quality and service quality, the company has established a complete quality management and assurance system, and has successively passed ISO9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO14001, CE and Sinopec HSE certifications audited by American ABS and other companies, and also obtained all A-level certifications in the TS license, and also obtained SIL product safety, ISO15848 valve low leakage German certification, and HIC and SSCC test certificates for carbon steel resistance to H2S corrosion.
It has set up an advanced physical & chemical laboratory, with advanced testing and inspection equipment: portable spectrum analyzer from Germany, high-speed ignition infrared carbon sulfur analyzer, ultrasonic hardness tester, ultrasonic thickness gauge, hydraulic universal material tester, pendulum low-temperature impact tester, magnetic particle flaw detector, X-ray flaw detector, R-ray flaw detector room; Meanwhile it has advanced manufacturing & processing equipment, including 31 high-precision machines such as the 5-axis connecting-rod machining center from Japan, plasma welding machine, electric discharge machine, ultrasonic cleaning machine, paint spraying & drying line, vertical warehouse for finished and half-finished products and so on.
